Information you provide: When you register for presale access, purchase tickets, or interact with our services, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (including country code), the show or event you registered for, and your marketing communication preferences.

Automatically collected: When you visit our websites, we automatically collect your IP address (used to determine approximate location), browser and device information, pages visited, UTM campaign parameters, and tracking identifiers.

Engagement data: When we send you emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, we collect open rates, click activity, device data, delivery status, and bounce information to measure and improve our communications.

Derived data: Our email and messaging platform (Klaviyo) may generate engagement scores, predicted purchase timing, estimated lifetime value, and churn risk assessments based on your interactions. This data is used to personalise the timing and content of our communications.

5. WhatsApp & SMS Communications

By consenting to receive WhatsApp and SMS messages, you agree to receive transactional and marketing messages from DnB Allstars to the phone number you provided. Messages may include presale access links, event reminders, lineup announcements, and promotional content. Message frequency varies. Standard messaging rates may apply.

You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us at info@dnballstars.com. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any SMS message.

6. Data Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data with the following trusted service providers who assist us in operating our services:

  • Klaviyo (email, SMS, WhatsApp delivery, and engagement analytics)
  • Meta/WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business messaging)
  • Meta/Facebook (custom and lookalike advertising audiences, Meta Pixel)
  • Google (Google Analytics)
  • Seeka/Converge (first-party conversion tracking)
  • FIXR and other ticketing providers (ticket transactions)
  • Vercel (website hosting)

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. Your data is processed within the EU/EEA or under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where transfers outside the EU/EEA occur.

We do not share or sell your text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with any third parties. This applies to all SMS and MMS opt-in information collected through our services.

7. Advertising Audiences

We may upload hashed versions of your email address or phone number to advertising platforms (such as Meta) to create custom audiences for event promotion or to build lookalike audiences. DNBA Entertainment Ltd operates multiple events across different regions.
